And Sophia Bush enjoyed a birthday beach day as she hit the waves in Malibu, looking incredible in a sexy floral swimsuit that showed off her toned figure.   

The actress laughed and smiled as she beat the heat with a dip in the cool and refreshing ocean blue.

Also on the beach was Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul, who doted on his little girl Story.

Sophia, meanwhile, was one of many celebrities showing their support for Lena Dunham on Tuesday.

In a candid Instagram post, Lena posted a before-and-after image of herself as she revealed she is happier now at 163 pounds than when she weighed 138.   

Though she described herself as an 'OG body positivity warrior', Lena admitted she still sometimes looks 'longingly' at the before image - before remembering the 'impossible pain that brought me there.'   

In response to the honest post, Sophia commented, 'Damn. I love this. Thank you.'
